1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. User Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users between 13-17 years old require parental or guardian consent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Each user is permitted only ONE account. Creating multiple accounts, using alternative accounts, or sharing accounts with others is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all earnings.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating, using, or maintaining more than one account per person
• VPN/Proxy Usage: Using VPNs, proxies, or any IP masking tools to access the platform or complete offers (unless explicitly required by an offer)
• Automation: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tools to interact with the platform
• Fraud: Providing false information, manipulating offer completion, or engaging in any deceptive practices
• Account Sharing: Sharing login credentials or allowing others to access your account
• Exploitation: Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the system
• Circumvention: Attempting to bypass security measures or access restrictions
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
• Abuse: Harassing other users, staff members, or support personnel
• Spam: Sending unsolicited messages, advertisements, or promotional content

4. VPN and Proxy Policy

The use of VPNs, proxies, or any IP address masking services is strictly forbiddenon our platform. We employ advanced fraud detection systems to monitor for VPN/proxy usage. Any account detected using such services will be immediately suspended, and all pending earnings will be forfeited without warning.

Exception: VPN/proxy usage is only permitted when explicitly required by a specific offer or task, and only for the duration of that specific offer.

5. Fraud Detection and Prevention

We utilize sophisticated fraud detection systems that monitor user behavior, device fingerprints, IP addresses, and completion patterns. Suspicious activity includes but is not limited to:

• Multiple accounts from the same household or IP address
• Unusual offer completion patterns or speeds
• Use of virtual machines or emulators
• Inconsistent device information or browser fingerprints
• Rapid switching between different geographic locations
• Completing offers designed for different regions

Accounts flagged by our fraud detection system may be placed under review, temporarily suspended, or permanently banned based on the severity of violations.

6. Rewards and Currency

Earned currency on our platform holds value only within our ecosystem and cannot be transferred between accounts. Rewards can be redeemed according to our current reward catalog and policies. We reserve the right to adjust reward values, modify redemption options, set minimum withdrawal amounts, or implement limits on earnings and withdrawals at any time.

Important: Currency earned through fraudulent means, multiple accounts, VPN usage, or other prohibited activities will be immediately forfeited. Pending withdrawals may be held for verification and can be cancelled if fraud is suspected.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or any behavior we deem inappropriate, fraudulent, or harmful to our platform or community.

Upon termination for violations, you forfeit all unredeemed currency, pending withdrawals, and rewards. This action is final and non-appealable in cases of confirmed fraud, multiple accounts, or VPN usage.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closures may allow withdrawal of legitimate earnings if no violations are present.

8. Third-Party Services and Offers

Our platform partners with third-party advertisers, offer providers, and content creators. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, quality, privacy practices, or terms of service of these third parties. Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and that third party.

You must comply with all third-party terms when completing offers. Violating third-party terms may result in offer reversals, account penalties, or permanent suspension from our platform.

9. Referral and Affiliate Program

Our referral program allows you to earn commissions from users you refer. However, the following practices are strictly prohibited:

• Self-referrals or referring your own alternate accounts
• Incentivizing sign-ups with rewards or payments
• Posting referral links on PTC sites, traffic exchanges, or spam platforms
• Using misleading or deceptive advertising
• Creating fake or bot-generated referrals

Violations of referral program rules will result in removal of all referral earnings and potential account termination.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, functionality, designs, logos, trademarks, and copyrighted material on this platform are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without explicit written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you have earned through our platform in the past 12 months.

We provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be announced on our platform. Your continued use after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
